Q. What is a juice groove? 
A. The juice groove prevent liquids from spilling off the board.

Q. What is the return policy?
A. We take quality steps to ensure your products arrive in excellent condition. It is very important that you inspect the purchase upon arrival. If you receive your order and the product was damaged in shipping or if you wish to return it, please email us within 48 hours. Returns are accepted within 30 days after delivery and we will either repair or replace the item.

Q. How do I care for my boards that come into contact with food?
A. To keep your boards in its best shape, you will need to mainatin it well. 
- Quickly wash with warm water and dish soap.
- Completely dry off the board and place it in a upright position. You should dry it properly to prevent moisture from lingering NOTE: Do not allow the board to stand in water.
- NEVER put your board in the dishwasher
- It is important to keep your board oiled. Every few weeks when you notice that your board is dry, apply a generous coating of mineral oil or other food grade oil to both sides using a soft towel.

Q. Butcher Blocks vs Cutting Boards
A. A butcher block is made with the end grain of the wood and made for heavy cutting such as large pieces of meat.
A cutting board is designed to cut items that do not require much chopping such as slicing fruits, vegetables and small pieces of meat without the bones. The cutting board should not be used in place of a butcher block.
